Sierra Ineos is top notch. Matt, Chad and the team is outstanding in every way. As to be expected there is no pressure, they are knowledgeable and have excellent communication skills. Initially, I was expecting to have to order a Grenadier with my desired options and waiting a few months for production. I was absolutely blown away to find my exact vehicle just sitting there waiting for me. I am beyond pleased with my Sierra Ineos experience thus far. Regarding the vehicle, it evokes excitement whether grocery getting or off road., also makes an outstanding family hauler. Stop looking and wondering go to Sierra and make it happen. Just finished the deal with MATT, and CHAD..... Good People. No pressure, and good timely communications. I now own a Grenadier. I ordered it last year, now it's in my drive way. They had other vehicles to choose from. However, I designed the one that was right for me. Matt sat with me for an hour, showing me cool aftermarket products. You can really make this vehicle an original toy to fit your needs. Thanks

Professional and personable! We walked into Sierra Ineos Grenadier in Irvine, CA, with a list question regarding this unique vehicle for an appointment to meet with Matt at the end of March, 2024. They were short staffed at that moment but Matt, the general manager came up to us after taking care business with another family. He then patiently listened to each and every question on my list and provided me with either facts or his honest opinions on them and offered us to take test drive in one of the available vehicles in his showroom. I was instantly impressed by Matt’s mild, sincere manner and his professionalism. We felt that this is a dealership that we could trust with our purchase so we ordered our Grenadier with exact what we wanted for this vehicle. Matt kept in touch with us and gave us status updates on the whereabouts of our order during the past 5 months while we patiently and anxiously waited for its arrival. One evening, while having dinner, a text message from Matt came in and informed us of the news that we have been waiting for - the arrival of our Grenadier! On the day of the vehicle pick up, we were greeted by Matt first then Chad took over to complete the final paperwork for the vehicle delivery then proceeded to give me a very detailed “education” about everything I needed to know about this “beast”! Matt chatted with us again and welcomed us to the Grenadier family before we left the dealership with a big smile on our faces - exactly what Chad said before he started the preparation for the delivery of our Grenadier!
